Listening to your body

A big part of what I do in my work is help people tune in to what their body is trying to tell them. Most of the time we ignore the whispers of the body until they are screaming for us to listen. The body does this by sending pain signals in multiple ways. It could be a physical pain, emotional pain or mental pain like anxiety and the like.

Tune in and listen to your inner guidance
Tune in and listen to your inner guidance

It is more helpful to be guided through these kind of somatic processes because the messages come quick before your mind has a chance to rationalize what your body is saying. Its usually the first response which could be a color, image, word, feeling, etc. When you are being guided in one of my coaching sessions I listen for the next cue (breadcrumb) as we follow what your body is saying and then follow it up with the next guided quesion or inquiry. This helps you dive deep into your subconscious mind and allow the body to speak from that place.

Most of the stuff we hold in the tissues of our body is really old, usually from childhood, or other serious traumas that have happened along the way. When these parts feel acknowledged the energy starts to shift, move and release and so do the symptomatic qualities that they were causing. My clients express feeling lighter, less or no more pain where there once was pain, sleep improves, digestion improves, less or no more anxiety, more connected to these parts of themselves.

We all have "stuff", yet most people never do the work to release their stuff. By doing our own inner work we are in less pain and that ripples out to all those around us. So tune in. See what you're body is trying to tell you. If you'd like more support set up a consult call.
