Welcome to My Path to Healing
Updated: Oct 1

I’ve been working in the wellness field for more than 20 years, but my interest in healing started long before it became my work.
My own path has taken me through meditation, therapy, bodywork, yoga, breathwork, acupuncture, coaching, sound healing, art, nutrition, decluttering, plant medicine and plenty of other things I was curious enough to explore along the way.
Some helped tremendously. Some became part of the work I now do with other people. And some simply taught me something about myself.
My Path to Healing Has Evolved With Me
I started as a massage therapist and over the years my practice expanded to include yoga, Craniosacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release, NLP, somatic coaching, sound healing and other ways of helping people reconnect with themselves.
What ties all of it together for me is the belief that our bodies hold a tremendous amount of information.
Sometimes healing is about doing something. Sometimes it’s about slowing down enough to notice what’s already there.
And sometimes it’s about trying something completely different because what you’ve been doing isn’t working anymore.
There isn’t one path
For a long time, this was actually one of the reasons I hesitated to write a blog.
I don’t believe there’s one right way to heal.
Something I share here may resonate deeply with you. Something else may not resonate at all. And every once in a while I might say something that challenges the way you’ve been looking at something.
That’s okay.
Take what resonates and leave what doesn’t.
This blog is a place for me to share what I’ve learned through my own experiences, my work with clients and the things I continue to explore myself. You’ll find thoughts on the body, nervous system, emotions, healing, consciousness, relationships, personal growth and probably a few things that don’t fit neatly into any category.
Keep exploring
My hope isn’t to tell you how you should heal or live your life. It’s to offer another perspective, another tool, or maybe a question that gets you curious about yourself.
If something here helps you hear yourself a little more clearly, then it’s doing what I hoped it would do.
Enjoy the journey.
I’d love to hear from you
If there’s something you’d like me to write about, you’re welcome to leave it in the comments. And if something you read makes you curious about working together, you can explore my 1:1 offerings or schedule a consultation.
